We needed a new server and needed to run our very old shop-wide software which was crashing repeatedly. CTI provided all new hardware while maintaining our need to run the old software. It does not crash anymore and is running faster than I can remember! Also, we have been using them for a few years now and they have always been extremely responsive for any problems that arose on our old (not CTI supplied) system. Highly recommended.

Compu-Tech has done several projects for us over the past 5-6 years, and for the past 6 months we have had a professional relationship with them. Currently we are dealing with one of the women at Compu-Tech who is helping us put together a new security system complete with cameras and interface. She has been very helpful and communicative. She has been responsive and easy to reach if I have any questions. Their entire team is very thorough, and they have walked us through a lot of the process and information. It will probably take a couple of weeks to setup the system. They have definitely been easy to deal with.

I’ve been a customer of Compu-Tech since the mid 90’s, I have always found them to be very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They have a complete understanding how important the IT department and equipment is to running a business today. We have well over 50 PC’s and Laptops and various network equipment most of it purchased from Compu-Tech. The quality has always been great.

Quick to respond to any service we need on our computers
Our experience with Compu-Tech, Inc. has been very good. We usually call them when we are in need of repairs or servicing on our computers here in the office. Their communication over the phone is excellent. They are very quick to respond. They usually send the first person available first thing in the morning. I have never been down out of service due to neglect on their part. They’ve always been right on the ball. There are couple of different technicians that come to do the work. Depending on the type of problem, the time it takes them to fix something varies, but they always let us know whether it’s going to take a while or be a quick fix. They’re all very good. I have had no problems, and I can confidently recommend their services. Hopefully, they will do the same good work for you, which I am sure they will deliver on

Proactive service
Compu-Tech, inc. seems to be fairly proactive in keeping things moving along. Sometimes they let small problems linger on for a while but never major problems. They respond quickly to major problems like a server down and that gets fixed right away. I have been using them at least 15 years and will continue using their services.

We are a small company and we’re not really computer savvy. Anytime we have a problem, Compu-Tech is here. They don’t make us wait. They understand we’re a small business so if our computers crash, they come out right away. Most of the time, they’re here the same day we call. They’ve been wonderful. It’s been great to find someone that will put us up there with the big guys.
