All sales are final. No returns or refunds are provided on products or services. Defective products will be handled directly under manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranties
Product warranties and technical support are provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quote. Cole Informatics provides billable warranty assistance and technical support as needed (time & materials).
Pricing & Availability
Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in each quote (typically 10 days). Pricing and product availability may change due to manufacturer adjustments, supply chain conditions, or typographical errors, which are subject to correction.
Service Terms
- Managed Services: Monthly agreements follow the terms outlined in our Master Services Agreement
- Project Work: Fixed-scope projects are billed per agreed statement of work
- Break-Fix Support: Hourly support follows time & materials billing as detailed in our Services Guide
